Shipping

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, all EU countries, Norway, Canada and Australia.

Times

• Dispatched in 1 to 2 business days.
• Most orders arrive in 7 to 14 days for the US, UK, DE, FR, NL, ES and IT.
• Some routes are slower. At peak times, or when customs holds a parcel, delivery can take 30 to 40 days. We would rather tell you now than promise a date we cannot hold.
• Multi item orders may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Cost

• Flat $4.95 per order, free over $50.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed once the parcel is scanned. You can also look it up at order tracking.

Customs and VAT

For the EU and UK, VAT is included at checkout wherever possible. If a carrier charges you at delivery, send us the receipt and we refund it. US orders may attract import duty depending on current rules, and we state this at checkout where it applies.

Late, lost or damaged

If tracking has not moved for 30 days, or your item arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We reship or refund, your choice.
