Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item.

How it works

1. Email [email protected] with your order number.
2. We reply within 24 hours with the return address.
3. Send the item back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is on you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
4. Refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Faulty or wrong items

Send a photo or video. In most cases we replace or refund without asking for a return.

EU and UK customers

Nothing here limits your statutory rights, including the 14 day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they are dispatched, usually within 24 hours.
