How long does delivery take?

Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. Most arrive in 7 to 14 days to the US, UK and EU. Some routes take longer and can reach 30 to 40 days at peak times. Every order is tracked and you get the link by email.

Are these official products?

No. They are fan inspired pixel decor from independent makers. We are not affiliated with any game publisher.

Are the lamps rechargeable?

Yes, every lamp charges over USB and the cable is included.

How does the Music Box work?

Plug it into a computer over USB-C and it appears as a drive with nine folders, one per disc. Drop MP3s into a folder, then place that disc on the deck to play it. No app and no Bluetooth needed.

What is the return policy?

30 days from delivery. Faulty items are replaced or refunded without a return.

Will I pay customs?

For the EU and UK, VAT is handled at checkout. If a carrier charges you anyway, send the receipt and we refund it.
